Referral code tracker: know which code is live and what it earned you
DealPage is a referral code tracker that keeps every code you share in one place with its remaining slots, expiry and the clicks it received.
The problem with codes in a spreadsheet
Creators who share many codes often keep them in a notes app or spreadsheet: the code, the product, the reward, maybe an expiry date. The list goes out of date the moment a code is used up, and it says nothing about which post is still sending people to that code.
A tracker earns its place when it is also what your posts point at, so the list and the reality cannot drift apart.
How DealPage tracks codes
Each Deal holds one or more codes. For each code you can set a quota, an expiry date and a priority. DealPage shows the first active code on the page and marks codes as used up or expired as they hit their limits.
Your dashboard lists every Deal with its status — active, expiring or ended — and its click counts by source, so you see which offers still deserve a repost.
What “used” means here
The brand does not tell DealPage when someone signs up with your code, so the used count is a number you keep accurate. If a program shows your remaining invites, copy that figure into the Deal and the page will display it.
When you set a quota and an expiry, DealPage handles the switch to the next code or to the restock sign-up without you watching the post.
Frequently asked
- Does DealPage know when my code has been used?
- Not automatically. You enter the quota and update the used count from the program's own dashboard; DealPage switches codes based on those numbers and on the expiry date.
- Can I track several codes for one product?
- Yes. A Deal can hold several codes, used in the priority order you set.
- How many codes can I track for free?
- The free tier allows 3 active Deals, and each Deal can hold several codes.
