Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-21

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of DealPage. They are written to match how the product works today; where something is not available yet, it says so.

1. The service

DealPage hosts a page for each deal a creator promotes (with the code, a copy button, remaining slots and expiry), short links with source labels, click counts, a creator page, a subscriber list and a brand report. It is run by WANG WENJIE ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract where you live. One person may hold more than one account, but not to get around the free-tier limits.

3. The free tier and paid plans

The free tier includes 3 active deals, 7 days of click data in the dashboard and up to 50 subscribers. It is free forever and needs no card.

Pro (US$19 a month, or US$15 a month billed yearly) and Agency (US$49 a month, or US$39 a month billed yearly) are listed on the pricing page. Paid features are coming soon and cannot be bought yet; until they open, the free tier is free forever. Prices exclude tax, which Stripe will calculate for your region and show before you pay.

4. Renewal and cancellation (once paid plans open)

Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel yourself at any time in Settings & billing → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and then returns to the free tier; nothing you created is deleted.

If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

5. Refunds

If you are not happy, email Fuuqiu@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge — a first purchase or a renewal — and we refund that charge in full to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days we do not refund part of a period that has already started, except where the law requires it. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights.

6. Your content and your disclosures

What you put on DealPage stays yours. You let us host, display and copy it as needed to run the service, for as long as it is on the site.

You are responsible for it. Codes and links must be yours to share and must follow the rules of each brand's referral or affiliate program. Reviews must be honest. You must disclose affiliate relationships wherever the law or the platform requires it (for example the US FTC Endorsement Guides): every deal page carries a footnote saying it contains affiliate links and that you may earn a commission, which you must not hide or contradict, and your own posts that share the link need their own disclosure.

7. What is not allowed

Spam or unsolicited mass messages; phishing, malware or deceptive redirects; codes or offers you know to be fake or expired; products or services that are illegal where they are offered; pretending to be a brand or another person; collecting subscriber emails without the visitor's consent; scraping, load-testing or otherwise overloading the service; and getting around plan limits. We may remove content or suspend an account that does any of these.

8. No affiliation with brands

DealPage is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands that appear on creators' deal pages. We do not issue their codes, we cannot see their sign-up or commission systems, and we do not guarantee that a code works, that anyone signs up or that a commission is paid. Trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep DealPage running and fast, but it is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. Features may change; when a change removes something you rely on, we announce it on the site in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions, lost sign-ups or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using DealPage at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where that is reasonable. When an account is closed, its public pages and short links stop working.

12. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use DealPage after that means accepting them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is established, without taking away the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most problems are solved by email.
